TWISTS

Twists are an essential building block of the universe.
DNA, of course. All strings and yarns and ropes are twists. My favorite pastas, cheeses, and breads are twists.

When working with metal, its quite common to bend things the easy way. But twists- twists are bending things the hard way.

I have been investigating twists for years now, and I find that twists really illuminate the plasticity that makes hot metal so appealing to me.
